Celia V. Guzman
Mrs. Celia V. Guzman, FPM (Fellow in People Management), is the Founder and President of Yearnings Outsourcing Cooperative. With over 20 years of leadership, she has driven the business to success, providing employment to thousands nationwide. Her extensive experience spans a decade in marketing, covering research, advertising, and promotion, and ten years in Human Resource Management, including employee relations, office administration, training, and recruitment.
Celia's career includes key roles in Marketing and Human Resource Development for the Brown Group of Companies and six years as an entrepreneur, founding Excellent HR Partners, Inc. She is actively involved in professional organizations, having served as Director and President of the Association of Personnel Administrators of Rizal and Metro Manila, Committee Chair and Director for the People Management Association of the Philippines, and member of the Union of Legitimate Service Contracting Cooperatives. Her dedication to excellence and cooperative principles continues to drive her mission in advancing human resource management.
